Job summary

Gallo is offering a full-time Finance and Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALDP) designed to accelerate your career through structured rotations in Finance, Accounting, or Internal Audit. You will build a broad foundation by participating in formal training and hands-on experiences that develop technical skills, business acumen, and an expansive professional network.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and will receive degree by June 2027 in one of the listed fields.
• Travel to offices/sites up to 5% for onboarding, training, meetings, and business delivery.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Finance, Accounting, or Internal Audit tracks.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Support monthly close activities and develop forecasts/budgets.
• Evaluate business opportunities and drive operational improvements.
• Gain exposure to internal controls, audit activities, and cross-functional partnerships.
