Job summary

Travelers offers the Finance & Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALDP) Internship designed to attract motivated students pursuing a career in Finance and Accounting. It provides hands‑on experience, professional development, and exposure to a diverse range of finance disciplines within the organization.

As a FALDP intern, you'll be exposed to the dynamic world of property and casualty insurance while building technical skills, professional competencies, and business insight.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.4+ preferred.
• Pursuing or has Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting/Finance.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Internship assignments will provide real‑world exposure in one or more finance areas (Accounting/Controllership, Auditing, FP&A, Financial Reporting).
• Complete projects that build technical skills, business insight, and professional competencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
