As a Sales Advisor with SelectQuote, you will receive real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads. Many advisors earn over six figures in their first year, with some quickly surpassing that mark. Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year sales experience; telesales experience preferred
• Relevant experience such as financial planning, retention, debt collection, business ownership, or P&L management considered

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base pay plus commissions, with a first-year target income of $60,000+
• Uncapped commission potential; top agents can earn over $100,000 annually
