High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who CANNOT buy their own leads to make sales.

• Agents who NEED hand-holding every step of the way.

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• People who are NOT coachable and have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• An agent who is competent, speaks well, and communicates effectively.

• An agent comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing.

• An agent who doesn't need motivation; you are ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do NOT offer lead assistance programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source for our high-end agents.
