High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive independently and are ready to excel in a high-end insurance environment.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need urgent income and are desperate

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step

• Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-70/month)

• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month

• Agents who are motivated and ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual meetings via telephone and Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
