We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, independent salespeople who can operate without constant supervision.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and top insurance carriers, offering high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).
We differ from traditional life insurance companies by focusing on high-value policies rather than low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection.
All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.
We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our primary goal is to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
