We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without supervision.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.
Our agents typically spend between $1,000 and $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.
We do not operate lead assist programs. We offer competitive contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
