High End Insurance Sales Agency

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without requiring hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with excellent communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that works.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not operate lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
