High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. This role is ideal for agents who are confident, independent, and capable of working without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents in desperate need to make money, showing a lack of stability or confidence.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego that impedes growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients typically paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom meetings.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are expanding our team and are looking for more talented agents.
