Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects with tight turnarounds.
• Excellent communication skills to balance big-picture strategy with detail.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to align teams and clients.
• Experience in account management, project management, post-production, localization, or customer-facing roles.
• Understanding of media workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support theatrical versioning and release—from localization through cinema mastering and delivery.
• Unite Deluxe’s creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure clarity and momentum.
• Communicate with clients with confidence and keep them informed at every step.
• Spot roadblocks early and drive solutions to protect timelines and quality.
• Keep project data, milestones, and updates accurate and up to date.
• Champion excellence across subtitling, audio, picture editing, mastering, QC, and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and share best practices with junior team members.
