Qualifications

• Experience with digital cinema projection preferred.
• Interest in cinema, media, entertainment tech operations.
• Basic knowledge of audio/video equipment or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Comfortable on-site support for evening screenings or events.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for screenings and events.
• Operate and monitor cinema projection and audio/video equipment.
• Support daily screening room operations and scheduled screenings.
• Serve as a point of contact during screenings and events.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of screening room technology and playback systems.
• Maintain schedules, records, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client experiences.
• Coordinate screening schedules and requests from internal teams and partners.
• Support vendor coordination and administrative processes.
