Job summary

Deluxe is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our customer services team in the United States. You will support theatrical releases from asset creation through to cinema delivery, coordinating with creative, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth projects and timely delivery.

You will act as a trusted partner for clients, guiding each title through asset creation, technical production, and delivery pipelines, while championing quality across subtitling, audio, and mastering

Qualifications

Experience in account management, project management, post-production, localization, or a customer-facing role.
Able to handle multi-stakeholder projects with tight turnarounds.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of media workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support customers' theatrical versioning and delivery through localization to cinema mastering and licensing.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, cohesion, momentum.
Communicate with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied.
Identify and resolve roadblocks to protect timelines and quality.
Maintain accurate project data, milestones, and updates.
Champion excellence across subtitle, audio, picture, mastering, QC, and delivery.
Suggest workflow improvements and mentor junior team members.
