Picture Production Company in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, seeks an Operations/Localization Coordinator to support localization of TV spots and trailers into multiple languages. This hands-on role requires a proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will coordinate with designers, audio and editors, track assets in Smartsheets, and ensure timely delivery with high quality, interfacing with international territory offices and clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver international localized marketing materials (TV spots/trailers) localized into multiple languages.
• Work with finishing to produce and deliver final materials and manage file production and asset handling.
• Coordinate with in-house designers, audio technicians and online editors to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
• Interact with clients and international territory offices to align on requirements.
• Build relationships with marketing and operations teams across territories.
• Track assets as they move through the pipeline and update Smartsheets to current status.
