Sony Pictures Entertainment's Global Creative Content team seeks a Senior Coordinator, Post-Production Operations to support day-to-day workflows for a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating media intake, quality control, delivery, archival management, and workflow optimization across in-house and external partners. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills and experience with post-production tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience managing large volumes of digital media assets.
• Experience supporting episodic television, trailers, or promotional content.
• Knowledge of media asset management, codecs, and archive processes.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day media intake, asset sourcing, quality control, delivery, and archival workflows.
• Manage assets throughout the creative lifecycle to ensure organization and accessibility.
• Coordinate asset sourcing across internal/external repositories and vendors.
• Evaluate media for issues and risks; track project status and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain media organization across Ci Media Cloud, shared servers, and DAM systems.
• Perform QC of media assets, deliverables, graphics, and project collections.
• Prepare and deliver final assets to archive and DAM teams; support lifecycle management.
