Job summary

The Bayer Digital Engagement Lead will partner with farmers, field teams, and sales to drive adoption of digital farming solutions and deliver actionable insights. You will act as the local digital expert, ensuring FieldView integration and data-driven decision making at the farm level.

Responsibilities include on-farm install/troubleshooting of Bayer technologies, coaching the team, and developing use cases for new features, with a focus on digital revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Driving for the company may be required under regulatory jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with digital agricultural platforms.
• Experience with seed/chemical sellers, growers, and sales organizations.
• 5+ years in agriculture and/or digital fields.
• Expertise in FieldView and DMP, hardware compatibility, data collection, and data-driven features.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-farm expertise to install and troubleshoot Bayer’s digital farming tech and resolve connectivity issues.
• Coach squad members to boost digital acumen and drive digital revenue via FieldView and New Business Models.
• Identify farmers, dealers, and retailers for digital trials and testing opportunities.
• Develop deep knowledge of FieldView and DMP; ensure on-farm compatibility and setup.
• Provide input to Digital and Crop Mission Teams on customer needs and features.
• Develop use cases for existing and new features; train squad on these use cases.
• Train Field Sales Reps and dealers on data-driven agronomic decisions using FieldView.
• Support customers with data acquisition and cleanup.
• Train squad and dealers on executing New Business Models workflow.
