Qualifications

Strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and customers.
Role requires operating company vehicles safely and potentially DOT/FMCSA-compliant hauling.
Experience with digital agricultural platforms and data-driven decision support is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide on-farm expertise to support installation and troubleshooting of Bayer's precision agriculture technologies; help with data collection and mapping; resolve connectivity issues like FieldView Drive.
Coach field teams to improve digital acumen and drive revenue through FieldView and New Business Models.
Identify farmers, dealers, and retailers for digital trials; develop use cases for features and train sales teams.
