Job summary

ISU Research Park seeks a Digital Engagement Lead to drive farmer confidence in Bayer digital farming solutions and to connect FieldView, New Business Models, and local teams in Ames. You will help integrate digital platform targets at a local level and train field staff on data-driven agronomic decision-making.

You will educate growers, support data collection, and enable digital revenue growth through solution selling while coordinating with sales and mission teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Willingness to drive for the company when required.
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in digital agricultural platforms or similar.
• Experience with seed/chemical sellers, growers, and sales teams.
• Expertise in FieldView, DMP, and data-driven features.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-farm expertise to install and troubleshoot Bayer digital farming tech.
• Coach squad members to boost digital acumen and revenue through FieldView.
• Identify opportunities for digital trials with farmers, dealers and retailers.
• Develop use cases and train team on new features and workflows.
