Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Site Reliability Engineer for the Imaging team. You’ll be the frontline for keeping deployed imaging systems alive, triaging issues, and driving resolution. You’ll often balance field triage, operator coaching, and runbook hardening to prevent repeats while collaborating with Mission Software Engineers.

You’ll own field reliability, escalate through our pipeline, and feed field learnings back into product observability and safer upgrades. Travel ~15% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SRE/DevOps/field or production support of deployed systems with ownership after shipping
• Strong Linux fundamentals and real networking troubleshooting in constrained/field environments
• Ability to diagnose across system boundaries without full visibility
• Comfortable with structured on-call rotations, including after-hours and weekends
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to run remote troubleshooting sessions and document outcomes
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Own fielded system reliability and ensure health and uptime of deployed imaging systems
• Run point on escalations via support channels and backstop the funnel
• Turn recurring problems into durable runbooks, diagnostics, and self-service tooling
• Collaborate with engineering when issues are true software defects and hand off appropriately
• Provide reliability feedback to product teams to improve observability and upgrades
• Travel approximately 15% for field support and deployment windows
