Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Imaging team in the United States. You will be the frontline for keeping deployed imaging systems alive, triaging issues, and driving durable fixes in a high-stakes environment.

The role spans networking, sensor calibration, and hardware interaction, with opportunities to create runbooks and tooling that reduce recurring fires while partnering with Mission Software Engineers to reproduce and hand off defects.

Qualifications

3+ years in SRE, DevOps, field/systems engineering, or production support of deployed systems.
Strong Linux fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot real networking issues.
Ability to diagnose across system boundaries without full visibility.
Comfortable with structured on-call rotations and after-hours coverage.
Strong written and verbal communication, including remote troubleshooting and documentation.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Own fielded system reliability and uptime across imaging deployments.
Run point on escalations through support channels and customer pipelines.
Turn recurring issues into runbooks, diagnostics, and self-service tooling.
Collaborate with engineering on issues that require a code fix, providing clear reproduction steps.
Translate field learnings into product reliability improvements and observability enhancements.
