Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Engineer to integrate imaging systems into operational concepts of employment. You will serve as a subject matter expert to ensure customers can take full advantage of our imaging products, working with Imaging Operations Leads, engineers, and account managers to address training, deployment planning, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at the hardware–software–networking interface in unstructured environments.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with command line Linux troubleshooting and operation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
• Experience in project management and product deployment roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel more than 75% of the year to remote regions, including hazard zones.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity, deploying Anduril hardware–software products to meet needs.
• Deliver training manuals, pre-deployment site surveys, and technical documentation.
• Tackle complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments.
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams.
• Develop and implement operational and logistical plans for events.
• Ensure high availability and performance of imaging systems.
• Provide end-to-end support including hardware setup and software configuration.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking environments, including firewalls and switches.
