Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States seeks an experienced Technical Operations Engineer to integrate imaging systems into operational employment concepts. You will serve as a subject matter expert on Anduril Imaging products to ensure customers can take full advantage of our systems.

You will work cross functionally to address customer training, product deployment planning, technical documentation, and troubleshooting directly with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years solving problems at hardware-software-networking interface.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Linux CLI and field deployment.
• Ability to translate concepts into operational specs.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity, deploying imaging products to meet needs.
• Provide training materials, pre-deployment surveys, and docs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in the field.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver deployments.
• Configure systems end-to-end and pre-configure for integration.
• Author end-user training and usage instructions.
• Ensure imaging systems are highly available and secure.
