Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Imaging team. This role is not traditional product development, and you’ll be the frontline for keeping fielded imaging systems alive, partnering with our lead to shape reliability and support as we scale.

You will triage, diagnose, and document incidents, build runbooks and self-service tooling, own fielded system reliability end to end, and run escalations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, field/systems engineering, or production support with ownership after ship.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and networking troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose across system boundaries without full visibility.
• Comfort with structured on-call rotation including after-hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote troubleshooting.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own fielded system reliability across deployed imaging systems.
• Run point on escalations for customer-support pipelines.
• Turn recurring issues into runbooks and self-service tooling.
• Coordinate with engineering and hand off true defects to software engineers.
• Feed reliability learnings back into the product through observability and upgrades.
• Travel ~15% for field support and deployment windows.
