Job summary

Fronius USA, LLC seeks a Technical Support Regional – System Specialist to support welding equipment across regions. You will demonstrate value to customers, troubleshoot installations, and assist sales with system configurations while traveling to client sites and events.

This role requires strong electrical/engineering background, robotics experience a plus, and the ability to work independently or remotely with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in the field and/or Electrical Technology/Engineering.
• Robotics knowledge/experience is a plus.
• Strong MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Understand Fronius equipment configurations and installation processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment in the field.
• Support sales with configurations and product guidance.
• Deliver training and demonstrations for customers and partners.
• Travel to customer sites and participate in events as needed.
