Fronius USA, LLC is seeking a Technical Support Representative Expert Welding to provide advanced equipment knowledge and troubleshooting for welding technologies. You will support internal and external customers, document interactions in CRM/SharePoint, and promote Fronius brand while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Aptitude for problem solving.
• Help desk experience is a plus.
• Basic electrical knowledge and/or welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly and professionally to incoming calls and provides effective technical and customer support.
• Diagnoses technical issues using customer information and guides troubleshooting steps.
• Maintains accurate support records in CRM and SharePoint.
• Communicates clearly with customers, providing concise and timely information.
• Supports customers on Fronius welding technologies and solutions.
• Identifies customer needs for spare parts, consumables, and other stocked items.
