Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Field Customer Care Representative to support homeowners with warranty evaluations on-site, including homesite visits and multi-trade coordination. You will collaborate with homeowners, care teams, and trade partners to resolve issues and document findings.

This role requires strong construction knowledge, 2+ years of related experience, and the ability to travel regularly to homesites, ensuring Lennar standards and safety practices are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; construction training preferred.
• 2+ years in residential construction, warranty service, or customer care with a homebuilder.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to travel to homesites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and homesite visits to evaluate homeowner concerns.
• Investigate warranty issues, identify root causes, and determine corrective actions.
• Coordinate multiple trades, scheduling, and materials for timely resolution.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams.
• Document findings, photos, and communications in the CRM system.
• Prepare scopes of work and oversee execution to meet quality standards.
• Support after-hours on-call rotation and emergency repairs as needed.
