Job summary

Zoetis is hiring a Diagnostics Technical Support Representative to specialize in diagnostic connectivity for point-of-care blood analyzers in veterinary settings. You will assist End Users, Field Representatives and Distribution Partners with configuration, connectivity integration, operation, and problem resolution across veterinary information systems.

You will take phone calls, emails, and voicemails, document incidents in the ticketing system, and coordinate with Product Management, Repair,

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent IT-related work experience.
• Experience with CRM/ERP and contact center systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical/veterinary tech exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt technical assistance for connectivity and issue resolution.
• Assist End Users, Field Representatives, and Distribution Partners.
• Document calls and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Repair, Engineering as needed.
• Escalate issues as appropriate.
