Cox Automotive Inc. seeks a customer-focused coordinator to drive the preparation and sale of customer vehicles within auction operations in Woods Cross, UT.

You will advise dealers on pricing, manage sale-day activities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure vehicles hit the block and online listings. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork as you support dealers and perform post-sale follow-ups, with opportunities for upselling services such as recon

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED with 3 years' related experience.
• Experience in auto auction or dealership is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions.

Mansioni

• Monitor and coordinate activities for preparation and sale of customer vehicles through the auction process.
• Provide consultation to customers on floor prices and educate dealers to MMR.
• Represent the Dealer Sales Lane on sale days and upsell services.
• Work with lane, managers, and sales teams to ensure vehicles cross the auction block or are posted on OVE.
• Resolve customer problems, liaise between customers and sales teams, and maintain high service levels.
• Load inventory for dealers and verify vehicles are ready for sale.
