Job summary

A valid driver’s license and comfort working outdoors are essential, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and operate both manual and automatic transmissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automobile field (body, paint, or mechanical repair) is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
• Ability to perform manual labor such as standing, lifting, bending, and squatting.
• Knowledge of common software packages and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles at dealerships, auctions, and off-lease locations to detect damage and mechanical issues.
• Prepare and submit condition reports and repair/replacement cost estimates.
• Support sales by upselling or cross-selling services and products.
• Communicate with dealers to ensure client satisfaction and build relationships.
• Travel to dealer locations and homes to inspect vehicles and write reports.
