Job summary

The role requires 1 year in the automobile field, strong customer service, and the ability to work outdoors. Travel to various locations and clear communication with dealers are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year in automobile field with customer service background.
• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles at dealerships, auctions, and off-lease for damage and mechanical issues.
• Prepare and submit condition reports and repair cost estimates.
• Take and organize vehicle photos; post listings on the ACV Auctions platform.
• Interact with dealers to ensure client satisfaction and relationships.
