Job summary

Concentric, LLC is seeking a Critical Power UPS Technician to service, troubleshoot, install, and maintain UPS systems and related components across multiple facilities. You will provide technical support to customers and work under the Regional Service Supervisor with a focus on safety, reliability, and uptime.

The role requires 2–3 years of UPS experience, battery management knowledge, and the ability to work independently with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Factory training or repair experience on UPS brands preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience with 3-Phase UPS systems required.
• Solid understanding of battery theory and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with basic AC/DC electrical/electronic theory.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on contracted equipment.
• Assist with startups and on-site commissioning.
• Provide 24/7 on-call emergency services as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair critical power systems to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with on-site subcontractors and internal teams.
