Job summary

Concentric, LLC is seeking a Critical Power UPS Technician to service, troubleshoot, install and maintain UPS systems from multiple manufacturers, including batteries, PDU, and static switches. This position reports to the Regional Service Supervisor and provides on-site technical support.

This role requires preventive maintenance, on-call emergency response, and collaboration with customers and team members while adhering to safety codes and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Diploma required.
• Factory training or UPS repair/maintenance training preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience working on 3-Phase UPS systems required.
• Understanding of battery theory and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment under contract.
• Install and troubleshoot UPS systems and batteries.
• Adhere to safety codes and perform on-site startups and emergency on-call support.
• Coordinate with customers and team members to meet project requirements.
• Document work orders, timecards, and expense reports.
