Job summary

Concentric Power Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Critical Power UPS Technician to service, troubleshoot, install and maintain UPS systems across manufacturers. You will work on single and three-phase equipment, batteries, PDUs, and switches, with on-site support to customers and internal teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of UPS experience, valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks and drug testing, strong communication, and the willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience on 3-Phase UPS systems.
• Pass background check and obtain TWIC card; drug test.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on UPS systems and batteries.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment and perform repairs.
• Install designed battery systems per specs and safety codes.
• Provide on-call emergency services and customer support.
• Coordinate subcontractors and document Field Service Reports.
