Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a skilled technician to maintain and troubleshoot UPS and power electronic systems at critical facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and on-site service calls, supporting engineers and customers with technical guidance and reports.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years OEM experience in power electronics, strong knowledge of NEC, and proficiency with test equipment. Travel and on-site work are required, with 24/7 on-call availability.

Qualifications

• AA/BS degree in Electrical and/or Electronics from an accredited college or university, or equivalent field or military training.
• Minimum 7+ years OEM experience with power electronic systems and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect power electronic systems and related controls (UPS, batteries, STS, PDU) and perform maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Provide technical assistance and expertise to owners and engineers; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure work complies with NEC and company policies.
