Job summary

Skydio is seeking a highly motivated Field Support Representative for its National Security Mission Success team in the United States. You will interface with Defense and Government customers, provide onsite and remote technical and logistics support, and act as a trusted liaison between Program Management, Product, Support and Engineering.

You will triage and resolve issues, perform maintenance-related tasks, and train customers on UAS operation and repair techniques.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Field Support Representative operating on, repairing and maintaining UAS for large clients, preferably with government or military customers.
• Adept at technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and familiar with triage and escalation workflows.
• Assertive self-starter with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Linux operating systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical and logistics support to Federal and Defense customers.
• Own customer relationships in the field and liaise between Program Management, Product, Support and Engineering.
• Develop and maintain field support processes, escalation and debugging workflows.
• Provide on-the-job training to customers in maintenance and operation techniques for UAS.
• Represent Skydio in customer settings and initiate corrective actions for maintenance and repair issues.
• Help develop written inspection procedures and instructions for fleet maintenance.
