Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers convert to our software, provide training, and support throughout the process. You will travel about 80% of the time to dealerships, customizing the system and training key personnel.

When not traveling, you will support existing customers from your home office. Training lasts 2-3 months with mentorship, including product training and exposure to dealership operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Train customers on Reynolds software during conversion and implementation.
• Travel approx. 80% to install, configure, and customize the system for dealerships.
• Provide ongoing support to current customers and prepare for future trips.
• Follow up with recently installed customers from home office.
