Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking a Product Support professional to educate distributors, Factory Direct representatives, and Service Technicians on PACE GPS products.

The role involves in-person training, system testing, and on-site issue resolution across the US regions. You'll forecast shipments, inventory needs, and collaborate with Sales Reps and leadership to strengthen customer relations and drive install base growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field required
• Years of Experience: Two or more years of experience required
• Software Knowledge: SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
• Must possess a valid drives license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies

Responsibilities

• Educate distributors, Factory Direct representatives, and Service Technicians on PACE GPS product.
• Execute in-person training and system testing during PACE delivery to customers.
• Forecast future needs related to shipments, inventory levels, and fluctuating priorities.
• Develop strategies with Sales Reps, Regional Directors, and leadership team to navigate competitive advantages and deal positioning.
• Identify process improvements throughout delivery and training activities and establish policies and procedures to provide necessary customer service and promote good customer relations.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to provide on-site issue testing and functionality resolution.
• Provide Sales support & assistance to Factory Direct sales along with Distributors to increase Pace install base.
• Ensure good customer relationships are maintained and customer claims and complaints are handled fairly and effectively.
• Develop organization wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers and implement improvement plans in response to customer surveys
