Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking an Order-to-Cash Specialist focused on Golf and PTV product lines. You will manage the full order lifecycle, coordinate with production, shipping, and customers, and serve as the voice of the customer in prioritization decisions.

Your role involves direct contact with territory accounts, cross-functional collaboration, and timely updates on order status, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and cash collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full product order lifecycle including order placement, production, shipment, delivery, and cash collection of Golf and PTV products.
• Serve as the voice of the customer while making decisions related to prioritization and organization of the order-to-cash process.
• Act as single point of contact and direct support for assigned territory accounts.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions that impact customer demands and the order-to-cash process.
• Provide accurate and timely information to applicable parties regarding order status.
• Manage, maintain, and organize 100+ orders per month in various stages of the order-to-cash process.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through routine communication and exceptional service.
