Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. seeks a Connected Technology Manager in Cincinnati to lead field training on PACE GPS, collaborate with Sales Reps and leadership, and coordinate product delivery and testing.

Travel within the assigned territory will be required to perform on-site tests, educate partners, and support the Pace install base while driving customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes process improvement and strategic relationship building with distributors and service technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Two or more years of experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with TSV policies.

Responsibilities

• Educate distributors, Factory Direct representatives, and Service Technicians on PACE GPS product.
• Execute in-person training and system testing during PACE delivery to customers.
• Forecast future needs related to shipments, inventory levels, and fluctuating priorities.
• Develop strategies with Sales Reps, Regional Directors, and leadership team to navigate competitive advantages and deal positioning.
• Identify process improvements throughout delivery and training activities and establish policies and procedures to provide necessary customer service and promote good customer relations.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to provide on-site issue testing and functionality resolution.
• Provide Sales support & assistance to Factory Direct sales along with Distributors to increase Pace install base.
• Ensure good customer relationships are maintained and customer claims and complaints are handled fairly and effectively.
• Develop organization wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers and implement improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
