Job summary

McHire is seeking a Field Training Manager to lead hands-on coaching across multiple fast-food locations in Rhode Island. You will train General Managers, Assistant Managers, and crew, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational procedures.

The role is field-based, travel between restaurants, and focuses on building talent, improving execution, and delivering an exceptional guest experience through hands-on instruction and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop restaurant employees and managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire, cross-training, leadership, and operational training in restaurants.
• Coach restaurant leadership teams on staffing, scheduling, labor management, food quality, service, and restaurant execution.
• Ensure restaurants consistently follow operating procedures, food-safety standards, cleanliness requirements, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular field visits to observe operations, identify performance gaps, and provide hands-on coaching.
• Assist with rollout of new menu items, equipment, technology, procedures, promotions, and company initiatives.
