Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Field Training Manager to travel between restaurants, coaching General Managers and teams to uphold brand standards and exceptional guest experiences. You will lead training initiatives, monitor performance, and support rollout of new items and procedures across multiple locations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to develop high-potential employees while maintaining rigorous training records and schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with multi-location management
• Comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Ability to train and develop staff and managers

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire, cross-training, leadership, and operational training in restaurants.
• Coach restaurant leadership on staffing, scheduling, labor management, food quality, service, and execution.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures, food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Perform regular field visits, identify gaps, and provide hands-on coaching.
• Assist with launches of new menu items, equipment, and procedures.
• Develop high-potential employees for advancement and track training completion.
