3+ years of restaurant management or equivalent
Proven ability to train, coach, and develop staff

Lead new-hire, cross-training, leadership, and operational training in restaurants
Coach GM/AM, shift leaders, and crew on staffing, labor, food quality, and service
Ensure adherence to operating procedures, food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
Conduct field visits to observe operations and provide hands-on coaching
Assist with rollout of new menu items, equipment, and company initiatives
