You will deliver advanced product messaging, drive business-development training, and support the portfolio's growth across assigned Area geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of the health care and/or pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Train Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers to support qualitative dollar sales, profitability, and market share for Allergan Aesthetics.
• Deliver advanced product messaging and business-development training.
• Monitor skill progression from entry-level to senior sales roles and support the national training plan.
