Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Field Training Manager to train and develop Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers. The role coordinates with directors and marketing to deliver advanced product messaging and build capability across the sales force.

The FTM leads field co-travels, onboarding, and national training initiatives, ensuring compliance with training plans and corporate standards while supporting performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; knowledge of health care/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• 3+ years of field sales experience in the device industry; surgical experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of sales training experience preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred; healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and develop new hires within the assigned Area, coaching and providing feedback.
• Attend and support annual new-hire sales training courses to ensure effective delivery.
• Conduct field co-travels and coordinate with Area Leaders to identify learning opportunities and close gaps.
