Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking a Field Trainer to drive training excellence and ensure operational consistency across the franchise system. You will partner with Franchisees, Area Representatives, and restaurant leadership to support training programs, new store openings, and ongoing development.

The Field Trainer provides hands-on training, certification oversight, and field assessments, with travel ~70% across the United States.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Business Administration or related field required; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum 3 years of leadership in restaurant/retail/hospitality/franchise operations.
Minimum 2 years in training, coaching, facilitation, or field operations support.
Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
Proven ability to coach individuals and teams to follow standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver training programs to franchisees, operators, General Managers, and restaurant leadership using varied methods.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure high-quality experiences.
Coach and mentor Certified Training Stores, Brand Ambassadors, franchisees, and leadership teams.
Perform field visits, assessments, and certifications to ensure training quality.
Lead training support for new restaurant openings and full-store training of new teams.
Maintain trainee records and certifications; support curriculum and materials development.
