Slim Chickens in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Field Training Manager to own system-wide training, certify CTR locations, and lead a team of три corporate trainers. The role drives the training strategy, aligns with SOPs, and ensures high standards across the network.

You will design and deliver CTR courses, oversee field development, and mentor franchise and company leadership on training best practices, with travel as needed to multiple restaurants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years restaurant GM experience.
• Restaurant training and development background.
• New restaurant opening background.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the CTR program system-wide, including identifying and evaluating CTR locations and leading certification workshops.
• Set and enforce Gold Standard training benchmarks for the CTR network and ensure consistent SOP execution.
• Conduct regular audits of certified locations and drive continuous improvement of the CTR program.
• Lead strategic alignment meetings with CTR leadership to evaluate performance and address challenges.
• Collaborate with company restaurants to test products, procedures, and equipment and update CTR standards.
• Provide SME input for new training programs and oversee field development and coaching.
