Job summary

Pollo Campero is hiring a Field Training Specialist to drive training excellence and certify standards across markets. You will develop Team Trainers and restaurant leaders to execute programs confidently and improve operational results.

The role leads training delivery, program design with eLearning, coaching for managers, and performance data tracking. Travel up to 75% to support openings and ongoing development with GM and HR partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, Human Resources, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in QSR operations or multi-unit environments, in restaurant management or training positions.
• 2+ years of training, coaching, facilitation, or talent development experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and capability-building efforts for new implementations of procedures, products, systems, and initiatives with General Managers and Team Trainers.
• As field expert, design training programs, materials and facilitation methods aligned with restaurant needs.
• Ensure training execution prioritizes knowledge transfer over content completion.
• Identify, coach, develop, and certify Team Trainers; provide developmental feedback.
