Job summary

Slim Chickens is seeking a Corporate Trainer to develop restaurant teams and uphold training standards across locations. This role coaches Certified Trainers, supports Manager-in-Training development, and ensures consistent execution of training materials and procedures.

The role emphasizes leading by example in guest service, operational excellence, and a strong culture of coaching. Some travel between restaurants may be required, with live support during peak hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Experience as a Certified Trainer or Shift Manager strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in restaurant operations during peak business hours.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Trainers to ensure effective team training.
• Assist onboarding and development of new team members.
• Support MIT development by reinforcing standards and training progress.
• Maintain a culture of coaching, feedback, and development in restaurants.
• Identify future trainers and leaders within restaurant teams.
