Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in training, operations, or leadership roles within restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Experience delivering leadership development training and consulting with field leadership.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement brand training initiatives for consistency and operational effectiveness.
• Develop partnerships with field leadership and use data-driven insights to improve training impact.
• Assess training systems during franchise business reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver leadership development training to franchise networks via virtual and in-person formats.
• Support franchisees in driving operational excellence with guidance and resources.
• Develop engagement programs that foster learning, continuous improvement, and team development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training and operations projects.
• Handle new restaurant training, testing, and content evolution with the training team.
