Job summary

Slim Chickens is hiring a Restaurant Field Trainer in Fayetteville, AR. You will lead and coach training across restaurants, develop Certified Trainers, and support Manager-in-Training growth while upholding brand standards.

Join a fast-growing brand focused on hands-on leadership, guest experience, and operational excellence. Travel between restaurants may be required and training is centered around live service coaching.

Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Experience as a Certified Trainer or Shift Manager strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in restaurant operations during peak business hours, coaching and supporting team members during live service.

Responsibilities

• Coach Certified Trainers to ensure consistent and effective team member training.
• Assist with onboarding and development of new team members.
• Support MIT development by reinforcing standards and training progress.
• Help maintain a culture of coaching, feedback, and development within restaurants.
• Identify future trainers and leaders within restaurant teams.
• Support restaurants in maintaining training standards and procedures.
• Reinforce proper execution of training materials and brand standards.
• Assist with training for new menu items and updates.
• Escalate training gaps to ensure training success.
