Slim Chickens is hiring a Corporate Trainer to develop strong restaurant teams and uphold training standards across our locations. You’ll coach Certified Trainers, assist with MIT development, and reinforce brand training across the restaurant network.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest service excellence, and a proactive coaching environment in fast-paced dining settings. Previous trainer or shift-manager experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant leadership experience required.
• Experience as a Certified Trainer or Shift Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to coach and develop people.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Training & Team Development: coach Certified Trainers and onboard new team members.
• Coaching & Leadership: lead by example and provide real-time feedback to teams.
• Communication & Training Coordination: report training progress to restaurant leadership and Field Training Manager.
